How do I register?
Click on the “Log In / Sign Up” option and register using your mobile number or email. You can also sign in with your Google account for faster access.
What are the benefits of registering?
Registered members can track orders, save shipping details for faster checkout, and receive early updates on new collections and offers.
Do I need to register to shop, or can I checkout as a guest?
Yes you need to register to checkout. But you can still add items to the cart. Registering makes future purchases faster and lets you view order history.
Can I edit my personal information?
Yes — after logging in, visit the ‘Profile’ page to update your details.

Is there a limit to how many items I can order?
No — there is no limit on the number of items you can order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a return or replacement and guide you through the process.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Some exclusions apply (e.g., accessories, jewelry, discounted items).
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Is shopping on your website safe?
