Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" and confirm
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the product.
Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Size or color mismatch (if different from order)
- Product quality not as described
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags and labels must be intact
- Product must be in original packaging
- Invoice/receipt must be included
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
- Accessories and jewelry (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging or tags
Refund Process
1. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the return
- Refund initiation: Within 24 hours of approval
- Refund credit: 5-7 business days to your original payment method
2. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:
- Online Payments (UPI/Cards/Wallets): Refunded to source within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of use or wear
- Product is damaged due to customer mishandling
- Missing accessories or parts
- Product returned after 7 days (at our discretion)
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color changes subject to availability:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must meet all return conditions
- Shipping charges for exchange may apply
- If exchange is not available, a refund will be issued

- Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping charges
- Size/Color Exchange: Free pickup for first exchange
